Rome brought a different kind of work: appointments and documents for the onward journey. Jaydip’s consulate recording follows that part of the stop, between days on foot.
His Day 61 video records the Vatican City stop after more than 1,500 km on foot from Malta. Vatican City is counted separately from Italy in the journey’s countries-entered total. San Marino, which he also visited during the Italian section, is another separate entry.
Farther north, the Pesaro video follows a cleanup. Picking up litter continued alongside the walking, rather than being left for the end of the Italian crossing.
After visits to Venice and San Marino, Jaydip reached Padua and then Udine before continuing into Slovenia. The map follows these stops from the early Italian walking days through to the border.
